Mix 450g flr/20g bkgpdr+sug/1 stick (113g/4oz) butr. +565g brsug/1 can(450g) Skippy/225g Boiling H2O. Cool slightly; add 345g chocchip. Form & bake 11.5min@350convection.

Daffodil Cake

Mix 1C white flr/+2T sug. Beat 12eggwt/ t S/ 1t crm of tartar till foamy; +C sug, beat to peaks; fold in 1t vanil/1T lem zest; +dry. Beat 6 yolk, add M-BM- mix. +altrnatng spnfls, bake 35min@375.

Muddy Buddies

Mlt 1C chocchip/C buttr/1t vanil/ 1C pdrsug; +9Cchex/C pnut butr.

Peach Pi

Mix sug/3T white flr/t cin& almnd xtract. Sprinkle over 5C peaches in crust.

Chocolate Pi

Melt 12oz chocchip/2C minimallow/C milk. Cool, +8oz whipcream. Chill in cracker crust.

Pi Crust

Mix 8oz cold butr/12oz white flr til crumbly. Add 2–4T cold H2O till dough forms. Rest and roll. Makes 2 crusts.

DINNER

Potato Soup

Peel&cube 4 lg potato; pressure cook 7min. Roux C buttr/C white flr; +7C milk. Heat till thick. +potato/4 scalion. Simmr 10min. +12 cooked bacon/1C sourcrm/1C chedr/1/2t s+p. Stir till cheese melts.

Black Bean Soup

Saute 3/4 C carot/1 onion/ 3/4 C celery. +4T gar/2pt blkbeans/3.5oz grnchili/24oz broth/1t s/ 1/2 t blkpepr/ 1/2 t chilipwdr/ 1/4t cumin/ 1/2t oregano/1 bay/2T lime. Simmer 20 min, remove leaf and blitz.\
